By accessing or using 3doxies ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

3doxies provides a web-based interface for creating and managing SPL tokens on the Solana blockchain. The Service generates blockchain transactions that are signed and submitted by the user through their own wallet.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You are solely responsible for securing your wallet and private keys.
  • You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
  • You must not use the Service for fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal purposes.
  • You acknowledge that token creation on mainnet incurs non-refundable blockchain fees.

4. Fees and Payments

Service fees are charged in SOL at the time of token creation. Fees are non-refundable once a transaction is confirmed on the blockchain. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

5. No Financial Advice

3doxies does not provide financial, investment, or legal advice. Tokens created through the Service are not endorsed by 3doxies. You are solely responsible for the use and distribution of any tokens you create.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. 3doxies shall not be liable for any loss of funds, data, or damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to blockchain transaction failures, wallet compromises, or token value fluctuations.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code of 3doxies is the intellectual property of 3doxies. Tokens you create belong to you; 3doxies claims no ownership over user-created tokens.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
